We take residential 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartments and builder floors in Noida and Greater Noida, in ready-to-move or near-possession condition, with clear ownership documentation. Both unfurnished and semi-furnished homes are considered.
How long is the lease?
Leases are long-term and multi-year. The exact duration is agreed with you upfront and documented in the lease agreement.
Who pays for the furniture and appliances?
For suitable properties, Eastern Yard invests in the essential furniture and appliances needed to make the home rental-ready. You don't spend separately on furnishing.
How is my rent decided, and when do I get paid?
Your monthly rent is a fixed amount agreed at the start of the lease, based on the property, its location, and its condition. It is paid to you on the schedule set out in the lease agreement.
Who handles tenants, rent collection, and day-to-day issues?
We do. From tenant screening and placement to rent collection, agreements, coordination, and routine upkeep during the lease term, Eastern Yard manages the rental operation so you don't have to.
What happens at the end of the lease term?
At the end of the agreed term, the property is handed back to you in the condition set out in the lease. Renewal can be discussed if both sides want to continue.
Is there a lock-in period?
Lock-in and exit terms are part of the lease agreement and are discussed with you before signing, so the commitment on both sides is clear from the start.
Which areas do you operate in?
Noida and Greater Noida. If you're just outside these areas, share your property details and our team will let you know whether it's something we can take on.
